Color Pencil House Portraits are 11 x 14 inches. They come matted and framed with a black or brown wooden frame. Whichever is available.
You can choose either black and white pen work or colored pencil. The price is $150.00 and shipping is FREE.

All that is needed is a photo which can be sent to my email address (artistmike56@gmail.com) or messaged to me at (516-376-1409). It takes usually 1 week to 10 days for completion. This makes a wonderful gift! I also work with realtors who give these pictures to their clients as gifts of remembrance.
